WHAT IS REBARMAT SYSTEM?
REBARMAT SYSTEM is an integrated GFRP reinforcement solution combining high-strength composite rebars with precision-formed connectors manufactured from recycled plastic. Designed as a pre-assembled grid system, it ensures consistent spacing, structural stability, and efficient installation in demanding reinforcement applications.
Unlike traditional welded steel mesh, REBARMAT SYSTEM utilizes large-diameter GFRP rebars (Ø6–Ø12 mm) mechanically connected into fixed grid configurations. Available in cell sizes 100×100 mm, 150×150 mm, and 200×200 mm, the system is engineered to meet structural requirements where higher tensile capacity and controlled reinforcement layout are essential.
The recycled polymer connectors provide accurate geometry, dimensional stability, and secure node fixation while maintaining the corrosion-free and non-conductive advantages of GFRP technology. The result is a lightweight, durable, and installation-efficient reinforcement system suitable for slab-on-grade structures, industrial floors, prefabricated concrete elements, infrastructure works, and environments exposed to moisture or chlorides.
REBARMAT SYSTEM reduces on-site labor, eliminates corrosion risk, and improves reinforcement consistency compared to conventional steel mesh solutions. It offers predictable performance, optimized logistics, and long service life without maintenance related to rust or degradation.
